Following the refurbishment of the 1st floor of Block E to create a new campus Dining Facility the 2nd phase commenced. A new steel helical staircase was constructed to connect the first floor Dining Facilities and new facilities on the ground floor. This included a new Students Union centre with bar, catering , social areas and offices along with Lecture Rooms and toilet facilities. On the 2nd floor new corporate meeting rooms, a social meeting area, kitchen and toilets were constructed.
