The new building provides bright modern accessible facilities suitable for its more mature occupants with a deliberately layered separation and hierarchy of the interior spaces leading through from public reception spaces to the very private bedroom wings with fourteen individual en suite bedrooms provided. 

This scheme reflects many of the aspects of community life with a number of more intimate private spaces to suit the more traditional requirements of the community life of its occupants, such as a quiet lounge, library and chapel, whilst the computer room and office accommodation show a progressive forward thinking approach to modern life.
