This 12 classroom primary school occupies a site that lies within the flood plain of the River Burren. 

The School was planned to maximise on the fabulous views of the Mourne Mountains from the classrooms with ancillary accommodation and the main hall planned to the rear of the site. 

The building is naturally lit and ventilated and incorporates many low energy solutions. The use of colour enhances the scheme and provides identification to the different year groups.
