Samuel Stevenson & Sons were appointed in 2017 to complete Phase 3 of the McClay Library for Queen’s University Belfast. This involved significant remodelling of the interior together with an infill extension of the existing external courtyard at ground floor level. This project was complex and multi phased during which the Library remained operational throughout.
