Overview:

Location: Magee, Londonderry

The design for this office development responds to the prevailing site conditions both in terms of its aspect and the sloping site. This office building occupies a once heavily overgrown site at the foot of the Magee Campus fronting onto Strand Road and overlooking the River Foyle. 

To maximize outlook and improve daylight levels within offices, the building was raised on stilts which allowed for car parking to be accommodated at the lower ground floor level and the aspect for the office accommodation directed towards the river. 

The building is clad in Terracotta rain screen and aluminium cladding to the rear.
