Inchmarlo Refurbishment

This project comprised the refurbishment and alterations to areas within the Original Building at Inchmarlo Preparatory School (to the Royal Belfast Academical Institution). The main part of this building dates back to 1881. The works provided a new general office/reception area complete with bespoke reception counter within the ground floor , Headteacher’s Study, Waiting Area, refurbished Cloak Room and Toilets, Caretaker’s Store,  Staff Kitchen Area, Staff Room, Photocopier Room and IT Classroom. The existing foyer was also refurbished.
