Samuel Stevenson & Sons are running all major projects in line with BS EN ISO 19650 to a Level 2 Standard. Operational staff deliver projects to the Employers Information Requirements (EIR) and in line with Government targets using a variety of software packages and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Our Office uses the Autodesk Suite to realise projects and deliver fully coordinated design proposals. Key tools include Revit & Navisworks to explore design ideas in 3D from concept stage to technical design and Navisworks to aid collaborative design and coordination with the wider design team using Clash Detection. CDEs are used to improve how we manage project development and help structure approval processes with the capability of tracking and managing activities.
On site, coordination with contractors and design teams allows improved management of work flows, cost savings and efficiencies. At the end of a project, data is then made fully available to the Client to provide the necessary information for those maintaining and managing the building to do so more efficiently.
